Bag Filters :

 

 

 

Open bag filters are ideal for applications where quick change re-usability of a gravity filter is desired. The filter bags are attached to a manifold with a cam-lock quick-disconnect coupling for minimal downtime when servicing, and they can be repeatedly washed and re-used for fast, long lasting payback on the cost of their installation. Bag filters are available in CPVC or PVDF materials and single or multiple bag assemblies.

Bags are available in retention rating from coarse filtration at 100 micron to fine filtration at 1 micron.

 

- Hercules Filter (Indegenious) :

Consisting of :
i) A set of 3 Nos. expandable polypropylene filter bags supported over titanium collapsible frames having PP bracings forming mesh to improve filtration. The rectangular chamber is MS internally rubber lined.

ii) Teddy Filter' Rubber lined / PVC lined complete with filter pack consisting of 22 sets of polypropylene plates, cloth, papers, PP/PVC inlet and outlet pipes and control valves.

iii) Carbon chamber with PP cartridge of 250 mm height, to prevent entry of carbon into the process tank.

  

iv) 5 HP / 7.5 HP three-phase motor linked with a molded centrifugal polypropylene pump with single mechanical seal system. The filtration rate is 20000 lph / 30000lph. The above system is mounted on a M.S. base of 1500 * 1300 mm.
