Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd. (Growel) has signed a Technology Transfer & License agreement with Herbert Schmidt GmbH & Co. KG (HSO), Germany for manufacture and sale of their entire range of products for Plating on Plastics on an exclusive basis in India and surrounding countries and on non-exclusive basis in the rest of the world except Europe and Turkey.
This agreement will re-inforce Growel's existing market leadership in the business of providing solutions for surface treatment on a large variety of substrates.
SIDASA, SPAIN
Grauer & Weil and Sidasa SA of Spain have formed a joint venture, under the auspices of which, Sidasa products will be produced under license by the JV Company, in India. They will conform to the high stringent standards of Sidasa and assure the benefit of their long standing experiences in the field; to the end user.
