Our filters are designed for effective and efficient purification of baths with minimal downtime. They provide higher filtration-surface areas per unit volume, thus enabling superior performance with ease of maintenance.

Construction material is carefully chosen to withstand corrosion and other rigorous environments, typical to the plating industry.

Filtration can be achieved through any of the following mediums singularly or in tandem:

 

Consisting of :
i) A set of 3 Nos. expandable polypropylene filter bags supported over titanium collapsible frames having PP bracings forming mesh to improve filtration. The rectangular chamber is MS internally rubber lined.

ii) Serfilco make PP canister chamber containing a set of 12 Nos. PP cartridges, each of 750 mm height, 15/30 microns retention rating.

iii) Carbon chamber with PP cartridge of 250 mm height, placed to prevent entry of carbon into the process tank

iv) 5 HP / 7.5 HP three phase motor linked with a molded centrifugal polypropylene pump with single mechanical seal system. The filtration rate is 20000 lph / 30000lph. The above system is mounted on a M.S. base of 1500 * 1300 mm.
