- Hercules Filter
 Consisting of :
i) A set of 3 Nos. expandable polypropylene filter bags supported over titanium collapsible frames having PP bracings forming mesh to improve filtration. The rectangular chamber is MS internally rubber lined.
ii) Serfilco make PP canister chamber containing a set of 12 Nos. PP cartridges, each of 750 mm height, 15/30 microns retention rating.
iii) Carbon chamber with PP cartridge of 250 mm height, placed to prevent entry of carbon into the process tank.
iv) 5 HP / 7.5 HP three phase motor linked with a molded centrifugal polypropylene pump with single mechanical seal system. The filtration rate is 20000 lph / 30000lph. The above system is mounted on a M.S. base of 1500 * 1300 mm. |
