Surpickel 501 is a phosphoric acid type cleaner used to remove oil, grease, organic coatings and oxides from most metals. Surpickel 501 blended with emulsifiers, solvents and penetrates is an ideal single step cleaner and deoxidizer for most metals. It can effectively dissolve rust, but it is not designed to remove heavy black scale.
