Introduction of Zincoseal 581

We are pleased to introduce Zincoseal 581 as per market requirement with the following salient features:

  • Zincoseal 581 is new water soluble, organic based sealing system for black chromate conversion coating zinc and zinc alloys.
  • It is applied for dip/spin, spin coater, dip/drain and spray application on zinc and zinc alloys coating
  • Zincoseal 581 achieves optimal results at a coating thickness between 0.5 - 2? and is used on fasteners as bolts, screws, spring.

  • It is applied for dip/spin, spin coater, dip/drain and spray application on passivatedzinc and zinc alloys coating.
  • It is used on yellow chromates to achieve excellent corrosion resistance. and is used on fasteners as bolts, screws, spring.

Introduction of Trichrome HB 2303

We are pleased to introduce Trichrome Hb 2303 as per market requirement with the following salient features:

  • Trichrome HB 2303 is a newly developed trivalent chrome based thick yellowish-green to yellowish-iridescent passivate (DIN 50021SS) ~ almost matching the finish of conventional hexavalent chromate for zinc and zinc alloys.
  • It is a fluoride free process, thereby increasing the bath life. Neutral salt spray test in excess of 125 hrs. is easily achievable. Hence, it provides great relief to the users by replacing the usage of hexavalent chromium based conventional yellow passivates to conform ELV norms of European union.
  • It is basically twin system make up & maintenance which increase life of bath.

Introduction of Trichrome Zn Black Plus

We are pleased to introduce Trichrome Zn Black Plus as per market requirement with the following salient features:

  • Twin liquid additive silver free trivalent chrome based black passivates for alkaline zinc & zinc alloy deposit with higher film thickness. It helps to achieve highest degree of corrosion resistance.
  • It is a major step forward to obtain black chromate coating without the usage of conventional type hexavalent chromium. Being a trivalent chrome based process, the deposit conforms the ELV norms of European union. Higher corrosion resistance, even after thermal shock is a special feature of this process.
  • Adequately passivated zinc and zinc alloy deposit with this process with a suitable top-coats can easily pass corrosion resistance even upto 200 hrs. without white corrosion after thermal shock ~ 120ºC / 1 hr.
