Stannolume Neutraliser is an excellent product used for neutralizing and removing residual acidic plating solution after bright acid tin and tin-alloy plating. During bulk plating of small components, residual plating solution and excess co-deposited organics remain on the surface which can not be removed easily even with through rinsing lead to tarnishing and yellowing of the plated components during storage and as a result affects the appearance and solderability characteristics. The problems can be avoided by neutralizing with ‘Stannolume Neutraliser” which provides a clear white bright surface, which is retained during prolonged storage. However, for enhancing further corrosion resistance, a chrome free passivation treatment “Stannolume Post Dip” is recommended after neutralizing with stannolume Netutraliser.

Surfix Zn 622 is a specially formulated economic phosphating product designed for tube / wire drawing operation. It produces a fine microcrystalline zinc phosphate coating upon steel and may be used as surface treatment and lubricant carrier for tube and wire drawing operation. The product may also be used for phosphating of fastener items for preventing rust during storage. The weight of phosphate coating ranges from 8 – 20 gm/m2 depending upon the specific operating conditions.

Trichrome HB 2203 CY is a liquid passivate for yellow Cr +6 free trivalent chromium passivation on zinc and alloys.
