Introduction of new ~ Trichrome HB 1901

We are pleased to introduce the new bluish silvery white trivalent passivation with following salient features:

  • Produces thick bluish white or silver coating on zinc and zinc alloys.
  • Does not contain hexavalent chrome. Hence, easily conforms ELV/ ROHS/ WEEE directives.
  • Fluoride-free process ~ thus increases the bath life.
  • No complexing agent and thereby, do not overload the waste treatment.
  • It comprises of special additives which increases the film thickness of the chromate layer. Produces excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Suitable to incorporate completely automatic rack & barrel plating installations.

Introduction of new nickel free process ~ White Bronze Salt 20

We are pleased to introduce a new economical nickel free process namely White Bronze Salt 20 Salt as per market requirement with the following salient features:

  • Brilliant white deposit replaces nickel undercoat. Ideal choice for ‘nickel free’ process.
  • Prevents nickel allergy / dermatitis by using cu-sn alloy.
  • Suitable as intermediate or final plate.
  • Good abrasion & corrosion resistance.

Introduction of new ~ Cuprobrite series of products

We are pleased to introduce the following additives for acid copper plating:

Cuprobrite 2360 :

  • Process has a wide brightness range, especially at low current density area which is the essential requirement for plating on plastics.
  • Has a wide useful operating range, thereby the solution control is very easy.
  • The bath can be operated at wide bath temperature range.
  • Excellent brightness and levelling at shorter plating time.

Cuprobrite 310 :

  • Fully aquous additive system works well even at high bath temperature.
  • Bright appearance and levelling effects can be obtained from HCD to LCD areas.
  • Mirror bright finish due to excellent levelling effects, buffing operations of the substrate is minimized.
  • Superb. adhesion between copper and nickel plating
  • Plating deposits are very ductile and soft, hence ideal for plating on plastic.
  • Plating bath is stable, as no build up of harmful decomposed matters in the solution.
  • Consumption rate of the brightener is less and so the operational cost is greatly reduced.

Cuprobrite 410 :

  • Process is designed to get bright haze free leveled copper deposit.
  • Special emphasis is being applied to avoid pitting tendency.
  • Good, bright & glowing finish.

Unispec Leveller AI 16 :

  • Special auxiliary additive to be used in bright nickel plating to improve brightness and leveling.
  • Works well in combination with spectra and Unispec serious of brightener.
  • Does not accumulate harmful breakdown products.

Zinbrite 120 Brightener :

  • Imparts good brightness.
  • Works at lower cyanide concentration.
  • Lower in consumption
  • Economical in usage.

Zincoseal 605 M :

  • Cost effective reactive sealant based on polysilioxane to be used to enhance corrosion resistance of the passivated zinc and zinc alloy deposits.

Introduction of new iron phosphatting chemical ~ Surfix Fe 691

We are pleased to introduce new iron phosphating chemical as per market requirement with the following salient features :

  • Surfix Fe 691 is an iron phosphating chemical formulated for spray or immersion application. Mild steel, galvanized steel and aluminium can be processed in the chemical.
  • The Surfix Fe 691 treatment converts the metal surface to a amorphous iron phosphate coating, which inhibits corrosion and increases the adhesion and durability of paint finishes.
  • Surfix Fe 691 can also be used in combination with Surklin 112. Surklin 112 is a pack of biodegradable surfactants. The Combination acts as a cleaner coating system.

  • Surklin 112 is a blend of biodegradable surfactants.

zinc ~ Ginthox Q 750

We are pleased to introduce new chromate conversion type bright dip for zinc ~ Ginthox Q 750 as per market requirement with the following salient features :

  • Produces a clear, bluish finish without leaching.
  • The single dip solution produces a conversion coating which brightens, passivates and protects zinc deposit from finger staining.
  • For corrosion protection with Ginthox Q 750 a minimum deposit of 0.0002 to 0.0003 inch of zinc plate is recommended.

  • Medium Phosphorous electroless Nickel system that provides a very bright deposit at a faster rate.
